Update: They called this morning in response to this review to apologize and make sure I still wanted the girl had mistakenly out in for today when I'd called yesterday and had been told it would be yesterday. The person that called this morning, Jackie, was intent on making sure I was taken care of and promised it would be in the morning (my house was in the low 50s at that point so that was important to me). The service techs came at 11:15, reconnected the wire and made sure the furnace lit up. My furnace was back to work within 10 minutes. Your techs are truly excellent professionals. They brought me to tears (in a good way.) Tonight the house is in the upper 60s and feels toasty with all inhabitants much happier. Thank you for your efforts to right the situation and the assurances that it is not your standard of service and measures will be taken that there is no repeat. If today was any indication of your normal service, you deserve the 5 stars. Original situation/ review: I called because a wire connection to my thermostat came loose and it wasn't turning my furnace on and tonight low single digit temperatures are predicted - not a good time for no heat. I was told it would be coded as an emergency and they'd get to me sometime between 8 and 5 today. It is 9 o'clock and I saw such good reviews that despite them not calling on an online service request and my having to call twice to get someone on the phone I had hoped they'd be as good as their reviews and didn't call any other service. Now I'm headed to Walmart for space heaters to keep myself, my family, my animals and my waterlines from freezing as I can't afford a service's after hours emergency charge. All over one wire that it would take them maybe 5 minutes to connect but that I don't have the tools for. I did call to inquire as to what happened and was told, despite confirming several times with the rep I spoke with that it would be today, that it was set for tomorrow. This morning I was specifically told it would be today because I have NO heat. Now this dispatcher says she's not going to send out any emergency techs. If the person this morning had said it wouldn't be until tomorrow I would've called someone else and now would have heat. So much for 24/7, caring about service, and doing what they say they are going to do.

I recently had Jordan come out to fix my water heater and I couldn’t be happier with the service! They showed up on time, were super friendly, and explained everything to me in a way that actually made sense. The repair was done quickly, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you find someone this reliable. I’ll definitely call them again if I need any plumbing work done!

Called TLC to inspect and repair my heating system. The service technician Michael Simms was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time thoroughly checking and troubleshooting the entire system. I'm very pleased with the professionalism of this company and the technicians that have provided services at my residence. I have used TLC in the past, and will continue using them in the future. Highly Recommend!

Wow! TLC phone schedulers Ashley and Candace were very thoughtful and helpful. Once again, TLC to the rescue. Joe Gallegos and Martín did a wonderful job installing our Bradford White 40 Gal Hot Water Heater. They did the job thoroughly and professionally and with the next installer in mind - to make it an easier job than they had today. They were on time, professional, personable, knowledgable and tidy. We are very happy with the work they did. We always highly recommend TLC and we would certainly recommend TEAM Joe & Martín if anyone needs a fabulous plumber!

Our heat went out last night and it was very cold. Ryan Clark to the rescue. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue and had our heat back in short order. In addition to the repair he also shared information about filter ratings that will help us safeguard our heater going forward. Alberto and Elijah were very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond when a light diffuser broke, (an additional job to the original service estimate) and needed to be replaced, and stayed to complete it. They went to the hardware store to pick up materials to finish the unexpected event. I had an electrical panel replaced and they showed me what the changes were from the original panel. They cleaned up after the service. Very thorough and professional.

Outstanding service. A bit more pricey than others, but worth it re: customer service, reliability, follow-through, knowledge. Michael Mozeley and Ryan Zuni were great in finding my sewer vent leak and then repairing it, with a one-year warranty. I use TLC because I can rely on them. Enough said!

I can’t say enough good things about John. We had a leak in our main that he worked on for hours, into the night, on a cold January day. He used his intuition and the mud to guide him without really knowing where the leak would land. When he hit cement, i thought he could do no more but he just kept digging. And he found it, repaired it, and cleaned up in the dark-a seven hour project. I am so happy with this work. TLC is the real deal and John is a problem solver. Highly recommend.

He explained our current system and available options thoroughly, providing clear information and answering all of our questions.
